All our products carry a standard manufacturer warranty and we provide a free telephone support service for technical advice and problem diagnosis to all our customers whenever they may need it. For our more bespoke/custom built products and solutions such as V-WALLS and V-TOTEMS, we can offer “Service Level Agreements” (SLA) to match your client’s expectations for swift on-site repair or swap out services where the need to minimize down time is crucial, for example retail outlets or command & control centres.
